bdkb Terms & Conditions – Rules That Govern Your Account

By accessing the bdkb website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager through the bdkb platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with bdkb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms.

These terms apply to all players regardless of jurisdiction, method of access, or device used to access bdkb. If you access bdkb via a mobile browser, a third-party link, or any other channel, these terms remain fully binding. bdkb reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any user at its sole discretion.

To register and maintain an account at bdkb, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdkb strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request proof of age as part of the KYC verification process.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person, including as a nominee or proxy, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information current throughout your time as a bdkb account holder.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler, currently subject to self-exclusion at bdkb or any other betting platform, or be accessing bdkb from a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal.

bdkb reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bdkb account at any time. The following account rules apply to all registered players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdkb login credentials, including your username and password. bdkb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify bdkb support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your bdkb account. bdkb will investigate all reports of account compromise promptly and may temporarily suspend an account during an active investigation.
• Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances potentially forfeited.
• bdkb accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance held within it to any third party.

You may request closure of your bdkb account at any time by contacting bdkb customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Balances tied to active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

All deposits to your bdkb account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The following deposit rules apply:

• The minimum single deposit amount at bdkb is ৳500. There is no stated maximum single deposit limit, though bdkb reserves the right to apply transaction caps at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bdkb may add or remove payment methods at any time. The availability of a specific payment method may vary based on your location within Bangladesh.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a deposit is made via an international card in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate, and bdkb is not responsible for any conversion fees charged by your card issuer.
• bdkb does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in the name of a third party or from any anonymous payment source. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from your bdkb account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible (same-source rule). This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies equally to all players.
• bdkb targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests submitted during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours, or flagged for additional KYC review, may take longer. bdkb does not guarantee a specific withdrawal timeframe but commits to processing requests without undue delay.
• bdkb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected bonus abuse or fraud, or confirmation that all wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds in the account have been satisfied.

bdkb offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new registrations. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier attached to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements at bdkb range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met. If a player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the full wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited.
• bdkb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will retain their existing bonus entitlement under the terms active at the time of opt-in.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus stacking across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements without genuine play, or use of automated software — will have their bonuses cancelled, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited in full.

bdkb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. By using the bdkb platform, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling at bdkb is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a reliable method of generating income and should never be used as a financial strategy or a means of addressing personal debts or financial difficulties.
• bdkb provides voluntary deposit limits, session time-out controls, and self-exclusion tools accessible from within your account settings. Players who feel they may be developing a gambling problem are encouraged to activate these tools immediately and to seek support from a qualified counselling service.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted to bdkb support will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of 6 months and may be extended by contacting bdkb support.

bdkb will never target responsible gaming communications, enhanced bonus offers, or re-engagement promotions at any player who has activated a deposit limit, requested a cooling-off period, or applied for self-exclusion. These protective measures are treated as binding by bdkb and will not be overridden by promotional activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at bdkb. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the bdkb platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes syndicate betting arrangements designed to circumvent individual betting limits.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, disputed or stolen card details, or conducting transactions that constitute money laundering or are in breach of applicable financial regulations.
• Registering, accessing, or operating a bdkb account if you are under 21 years of age, are subject to a self-exclusion order, or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• Abusing bdkb customer support staff through threatening, abusive, or harassing language, whether through live chat, email, or any other communication channel. bdkb reserves the right to terminate the accounts of players who engage in abusive behaviour toward support staff.

bdkb's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where bdkb has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these rules, it may suspend an account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before issuing a final decision. Players will be notified of any account suspension and provided with the opportunity to respond before a permanent closure decision is made, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm or fraud.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdkb's total cumulative liability to any player arising from or related to use of the bdkb platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bdkb account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdkb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.

bdkb makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that all betting markets will remain open until a scheduled event's conclusion, or that the results of any bet will be free from technical error. In the event of a platform error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or with incorrect parameters, bdkb reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

bdkb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms, bdkb will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on file, which may include a notification displayed upon next login. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If you continue to use the bdkb platform after amended terms have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of bdkb that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bdkb customer support should be submitted in writing to bdkb via [email protected]. bdkb commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to issuing a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt. bdkb's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject to any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law that cannot be contractually waived.
